Get phone calls but no one speaks.

They call several times a day debt collector I think and leave message. If this is a true debt the cowards should send a letter. I guess this is a way of not abiding by the Fair Credit Act enacted by Congress maybe they should reinvestigate them. Seems to me they will keep calling even you aren't the person they seek and that way you can't really report them for breaking the law. Also, the credit bureaus work with them thoroughly as I get my report regularly and updates on who checked my credit and this company keeps coming up. They actually checked my credit. Soft pull. Gues they found out it wasn't me but who is feeding them information. This is causing rogue collection agencies to break every law in the book short of getting caught. This company should be fined.

they have called me four times in 2 days. I have no idea who this is. The area code is New Jersey, I do not know anyone in New Jersey. They called my cell phone which is unlisted.

I do not give my cell number to just anyone. These scammers call under different numbers all the time... Card Services...no problem with your account but call us right away...

Some one is calling from this number all night and all day and I will file a huge federal complaint if this isn't stopped. We wake up every night, this has become a harrassing and emotional night mare.

Calls 2x every other day, always beginning at 7pm. Never leaves message.

Caller has a thick accent, you can barely understand him. Had my first and last name, the last four digits of my SS#, new the name of a previous bank I used also knew the name of a friend. I asked the friend if they had called her, she said she thinks so, she couldn't undertand the caller and advised him not to call her house again. They haven't called her back. The funny thing is they won't give you any info, only wants to speak to your attorney. When I said I don't have an attorney, they gave me the so called information and said they were sending my information to the courthouse. They also said they wish me luck as this situation unfolds.

A automated message from verizon about needing to pay bill also call with same message from 916 number.we live in 619 area.I dontknow why we received these calls.

Continue calling and leaving message after message to a business office. They are trying to collect Old/ useless debt from people.
